The Useless Nations currently occupy some of the most expensive realestate

New York. They should be run out bags, baggage and everything and the
building
rented out or used for more useful ideas.

Oh.... not to mention the fully one-fourth of thier budget that WE foot
(more than
any other member UN nation) would be nice to keep instead of give to our
