Default A new frequency for BBC World Service

Hi all and Merry Christmas,

BBC World Service heard at 10:00 11:00 12:00 utc on the frequency 13800,0 khz,
at 00:30 of each hour R. Danemark took the frequency. Does BBC World Service
use this frequency for tests ???? At 13:00 utc the frequencies 9590,0 11610,0
was used also in //

73's

That has happened in past year(s). Most likely it is Merlin Communications doing
some testing.
