You guys have got a steal! The price when I just checked is US$399. Must
have been an Oops factor. Then again, it will be interesting to hear what's
in the box when you get it!

AN-LP2 loop antenna. One of the best deals I've ever gotten. Too bad I'm
such a n00b to SW listening. I have a lot to learn.

Thanks much for checking. I was hoping that there might be something
distinctive that would give us an idea. Perhaps someone else might
know. I also kinda suspect that the "yearly update" language (I think
there's actually a form for sending away like there was with the Sony
"Wave Handbook") may be included in the package without necessarily
meaning you can still get one. Maybe, maybe not. BTW, I don't think
this is a big deal--I'm just curious, since the ROM chip was one of
this radio's innovations when introduced.
