RNZI reception
Last spring & summer I received RNZI quite well on my DX-398 with a
wind-up external antenna around 1:00 - 2:00 UTC. Then the transmitter failure occurred. Since then, nothing...not even a faint signal. I'm located in Huntsville, Alabama. Anyone have any ideas why? Could it be atmospheric conditions this time of year vs. last spring and summer? |

Actually, propagation from NZ starts to get better here in the US in late February. Be patient. I heard them fairly well on 17.675 at 22:39UTC, but they were getting a lot
competition from Voz Cristiana in Chile. They were talking about using molecules to create computer chips. V "King Pineapple" wrote in message hlink.net... "lsu68" wrote in message m... I can still hear them well most nights on 9870 at about 0800-UTC. I'm also in the NE,US. -----= Posted via Newsfeeds.Com, Uncensored Usenet News =----- http://www.newsfeeds.com - The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! -----== Over 100,000 Newsgroups - 19 Different Servers! =----- |
