Anyone on the West Coast picking up a good signal from the Voice of
Russia? I tried around 0400 and 0500 and nothing. I was using the
freqs in the newest Monitoring Times.

Russia has so many frequencies s. It would be helpful if you could specify
a frequency or pi it down to a band. the West Coast is simply not well
placed for shortwave, and propogation has frequently been abominable of
late.

Having said that, however, transmitters on the far east coast of russia
should generally be booming in on the west coast.
