Good conditions this morning, hearing both AIR Kolkata and Lhasa, Tibet
mixing together on 4820 at 1315.

Also 4760 AIR Leh and/or Pt. Blair coming in well. Never quite sure who
is who, however Pt. Blair reported to have recently kicked their power
back up to 10 kw.

Mexico, XERTA on 4810 putting in an excellent signal at 1245. They have
been reported on 4812 in the past.
