Default Spinning the Dial on the East Coast

DX-399 and DX-392, off the whip. Just your average afternoon. Heard on
the radio:

Voice of America, broadcasting to the Caribbean in Creole, from 4:00
p.m EST to 5:30 p.m. EST, on 9670 kHz. Comes in loud and clear.

9580 kHz brings us "Africa Number One" broadcasting in French every
afternoon. Lots of Motown and stuff from the 70s.

9555 kHz is Saudi Arabia, broadcasting to North Africa in Arabic, also
strong from 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
