Once again it should be pointed out that the Supreme Court did not appoint

George
Bush, they merely ruled that the Florida Supreme Court could not change

Florida
election law to suit Al Gore.

Perhaps, Bush *was* selected (rather than elected) - then he can have 2 more
terms (04 and 08) since the constitution says you can't be *elected* for
more than two terms. DJ

Frank,
I thought this newsgroup was for the discussion of shortwave

radio, not
politics.
Perhaps you should find a different newsgroup to make your comments

on.

GREAT point DJ.

He's better then tax and spend democrats. At the least you know on the
surface where he is coming from.

On the subject of "terms", "ALL" politicians should be limited to a
maximum of "2" terms. That would take the majority of greed out of the
position.

If so Bush he would the first since ? can't remember. Was it Roosevelt
who died in his third term.

Oh yes, one more thing! You are obviously one of those hopeless Liberals who
thinks he's brighter than a 1000 watt light bulb, but still doesn't comprehend
what an on/off switch is or does!

Do you really think the Conservative Republican election monitors would
not have done the same thing? They would have tried anything to get Bush
elected.

The election was stolen way before any votes were cast. You NeoNazi
traitors make me want to puke.

''In December 2000, we reported that Florida's use of a faulty and
politically questionable list of felons and dead people "scrubbed"
from voter rolls -- half of them African-Americans -- may have cost Al
Gore the 537-vote margin of victory claimed by George W. Bush in
Florida.

And even though the list has been widely condemned -- the company that
created it admits probable errors -- the same voter scrub list, with
more than 94,000 names on it, is still in operation in Florida.
Moreover, DBT Online, which generated the disastrously flawed list,
reports that if it followed strict criteria to eliminate those errors,
roughly 3,000 names would remain -- and a whopping 91,000 people would
have their voting rights restored.

What substances did George Bush abuse? Alcohol? If so, then you better ask Teddy
to stand down also! Teddy is a murderer too! But I'll bet you love him!

As usual, your humor displays the "real you" in
a very negative light. Keep showing your honor.

MWB: Your Lack of Same - Puts You in a Very Negative Reality ;-{

A-Little-History: In the Year 2000 after the Presidential
Election in the Democratic Peoples Republic of California.
There were some Punch Card Ballots that were Questionable.
The State of California 'applied; the Laws and Regulations that
specifically groverned the Handling and Review of these Disputed
Punch Card Ballots. The Superior and Supreme Courts Democratic
Peoples Republic of California 'reviewed' the existing the State
Laws and Regulations that specifically groverned the Handling and
Review of these Disputed Punch Card Ballots; and found them to
be Valid and Proper. The United States Court of Appeals for
the Ninth Circuit that is Headquartered in San Francisco; and
is know for being "Ultra-Liberal" also 'reviewed' the existing
the State Laws and Regulations that specifically groverned the
Handling and Review of these Disputed Punch Card Ballots; and
found them to be Valid and Proper.
TBL: The Presidential Election in the Year 2000 for the
Democratic Peoples Republic of California was closed out
very quickly because the Laws and Regulations were followed.
The California Courts Did Not Try To INVENT LAWS OR INTENT [.]

Now as to the Fiasco in Florida. It All Resulted from the Florida
Courts trying to INVENT LAWS AND DEFINE INTENT {MIND READING} [.]

THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT LOOKED LIKE A BUNCH OF CLOWNS IN BLACK ROBES.

The US Supreme Court simply Ruled that the Florida Supreme Court
had NOT applied the the Florida State Laws in a Uniform and
Consistent Manner; and that the Florida Supreme Court had Failed
to Discharge It's Duties as Prescribed by the Constitution of
the State of Florida.

Happy to Live in the Democratic Peoples Republic of California
WHERE THE LAW IS THE LAW and NOT the Invention of any Court.
