Just lookinig at it, and the 7600 GR, I didn't think it ( SW07 ) was worth the price. I have a Sangan 606A and a AN-LP1 for travel; (BTW I still pick up interference from Man made sources, even with the electrical noise suppressor; may have to shield the entire radio ) I don't use sideband whilst travelling; more interested in Local MW DX, the stronger staions - so the SW07 lost it's appeal, especially at its high price, Sangean 606A works fine. Dan In article , "T. Early" writes: For others who bought them, what's your impression? While I love what they did in terms of miniaturization, I have to say I'm not knocked out by the performance. It's decent, but I don't think it's two bills (retail) better than a 7600GR. |
