We both know that the only thing in Kentucky are horses and

basketball. I'll bet you've made the drive to Lexinton a number

Hey pouch gargler, you forgot bourbon.

I think not, buttnutt! Where is Jack made?

Tracy

Jack? Uggg.

So you are the porch gargler! Have you tried scope?

Tracy

Some people figure the stuff inside the bottle is more important than the

quantity or quality of advertising.

Bourbon isn't my favorite, but I find my friends who drink it prefer an

Evan Williams or a Booker's Unfiltered cask strength. Both are made in
Kentucky.

Technically, JD isn't bourbon because they filter it before aging.

I don't drink Bourbon, sour mash, canadian, or any of the others. I'm
strictly a beer man!

Tracy

I'm sure you don't know **** about beer either.

Being the Know-it-all you are, you are probably right.

So what is your new nickname then, Gollum?

Yeah. Or I'll steal your favorite way of ending posts and call myself Plonk.

I'm trying to give the boy an out here by simply agreeing to not send me any
more
emails, however, he's being a bit hardheaded!

Ah, I see. Yeah, he used to do the same thing to me, it did get kind of
annoying. I asked in here and via 'his' email to stop and it
ceased......sooooo I figured he learned how to do it.

Good luck Steve, court isn't a fun thing.....you know....gas and tread wear on
the tires...lol. ;-)

Dxluver February 7th 04 08:01 AM

OK so lets say you file the restraining order against Mike and he takes
another dump in your mailbox. What is the next step? Would it be an
automatic contempt of court? How do you enforce it when he lives
someplace else? Just wondering how something like this would be enforced.

--

Oh yes Telamon, Steve CAN do it ( I checked just to make sure, thought he
could, but wanted to know for 'sure') the *mileage* between the two don't mean
jack.

If someone politely asked me not to email me or they'd get a PPO, I'd have no
choice. Just the way things work, it's pretty easy actually.

Nor you either, obviously. Though you seem to have the threat to do so down
pat.

Yes, I CAN do it! Bryant may have thought I was BS'ing him. I wasn't!

All I requested was that he not send me unsolicited emails everytime he responded
to one of my posts. A reasonable request.

Hopefully he'll behave! He really starts to pay attention when there is the
possibility of the law getting involved, otherwise he seems to have ADD.

ADD? Yep, that's entertaining coming from someone of your immense intellect!!

How often do you get outside, Steve, now that you don't work anymore?

Every day Bryant. And you? "How often do you get outside" seems to be your
typical childlike response these days Bryant. You got a 'fixation' about being
outside? Better come up with some new retort!

I work, unlike 50 year-olds that can't leave their radio. Uh, I think we can
pretty much track your activites based on your posts. You can't get outside
much unless your using wireless and a battery pack on your Drake...
