Bryant seems to think that can't be done, however, I spoke with one of the judges of the Circuit Court this afternoon and I was told that the sending of the emails falls under stalking and harassment, and that a PPO can indeed be issued, since I have requested that he not send them, and yet he continues to do so. Seems like a reasonable request to me? However, Bryant thinks I'm being a bully by making that request of him! As I understand it, once the PPO is issued, Bryant won't even be able to respond to any of my posts via email or here in rec.radio.shortwave, as the Court (and myself at that point) would also consider that to be stalking and harassment.
