If I interpret the abc article correctly, he says the resistance has
to create a conflict between the sunnis and shiites at the "zero hour",
at least 4 months before the new goverment is established.

"We have to get to the zero-hour in order to openly begin controlling
the land by night and after that by day, god willing. The zero-hour
needs to be at least four months before the new government gets in place."

Is the new government schedule for July? I can't remember, but if so,
then sometime in March would be his big push... next month at the latest.
Can we expect some God awful massive attack.... or will they only be able
to continue the hit and run tactics they's used so far.
