No Spanish service heard here at usual 1200 and 1800 UTC just french
music, recorded brief "ere-fee" ID, and then sign off on Sunday Feb.
15, and Monday Feb. 16.

Not sure what's going on. Their journalists just went back to work after a five
week strike. Perhaps some other bargaining unit went out?
