Monitoring Radio France Int. in English at 1400 on 17620. A bit of echo
on the signal. Possibly multiple transmitters?, as it's beamed to both
the Middle East and South Asia.

Following the RFI schedule I don't think that they use more than one Tx.

An other way is well know : the signal can make a full rotation around the
earth and due to this fact there is a delay between the two signal receveid,
one direct from the Tx and the other affected by a delay.

Other information, the strike goes on tomorrow on RFI.
