Anyone here know what station is relaying Radio Australia on 40M. Loud here
in NC.

At 1400? At 1400 that is a standard Radio Australia frequency.

RA has used that frequency for decades. Reception is best in the early
morning, especially winter, near sunrise on the east coast.
