**** UNIVERSAL RADIO, I will never do business
with these crooks again.

Not bad, 90% approval.
Sounds like they can be trusted to do a good job.

LOL. I have a similar experience to Tom's. Why go with an
apparent "90% approval rating" when you can go with a 100%
approval rating, i.e. try Grove Enterprises or AES.

Grove does not resell returned merchandise as new. It goes to 'Bob's
Bargin Bin'.

Enterprises, I bought this radio
http://www.universal-radio.com/catalog/wx/4489.html
from Universal Radio. The packaging
had been tampered with. THe radio
was restock and a return from a

I would like to get some opinions about
Universal Radio, Inc., located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.

My reason for asking is they seem to never ship on time

I e-mailed them about a used item, also listing some equipment that I
was thinking of selling/trading.

It took them over a week to reply that the (used) item was sold and
never mentioned the equipment I wanted to sell/trade.

Very lax on their part.

I also did a phone inquiry on a used item and after being put on hold
for a while, the lady? said it was sold.

I am not very thrilled about my contacts with them.

Warren
