Love HF 150 Help

Hello. Excuse me for my bad English. I have a problem with my Love HF150:
the rotating dial make a "noise" (old contact, i suppose...or dust...) and
my problem is open the receiver because the volume knob is very hard to
remove but don't have any screw.
Any idea?
Thank's in advanced.
Dami

I have seen nore HF-150 front panels torn up bacuse the person did not

know how to remove the volume knob. Take a sharp knife (Exacto works well)
and pry off the end cap. This reveals the collet tightening shaft). Turn it
CCW and the knob slides off.

as of a few weeks ago, Tony can not ship any more to north america due to
insurance reasons. I am not sure if that applies to Europe also.

I doubt Lowe fabricates the encoders. They are built by Alps, are
they not?
