Yes, that frequency (6586) is used by Barranquilla, Boyeros, Cayenne,
Georgetown, Maiquetia, New York, Panama, Paramaribo, Piarco, San Andres
for the Caribbean area.

Probably why I was able to pick it up off the whip from Galveston on the
1102.
