Therefore, We Must Conclude Big Business is for the Election of
John F. Kerry; by keeping Un-Employment High.

Nope, big business is for more profit. Period. They are plowing their tax
savings back into more job creation. That's how they make more profit.
Unfortunately, to maximize profits those jobs are being created in South
Africa, India, and Malaysia, since they mazimize profits by cutting their labor
costs by a whopping two-thirds.

The best argument in favor of what's happening right now is that the shift of
jobs out of this country is decreasing the global rich-poor gap, helping
prevent further escalation of anti-Americanism and the terrorism that seems to
accompany such attitudes. That, however, is not a very politically palatable
argument to unemployed Americans.

Good night, RHF.

Good Evening MWB,

The Business of Business is to Stay in Business [.]

We the USofA, have gone from 50% Manufacturing job base
in the 1950s; to only 14% (1 in 7 Jobs) in the 2000s.
* The USofA is NOT a Manufacturing Economy anymore.
* The USofA IS a Service Economy Today.

FIRST: In the Year 2004 - The USofA needs to Transition
from an Income Tax Funded Governmental Revenue System. To an
Added Value Sales/Services Tax that Funds our Governmental
Revenue System. This would Level the Playing Field for USofA
Sourced Products and Services and Equal Treatment of Imported
Goods and Services.

SECOND: The USofA - Needs and Extra General Imported Goods
and Services Tax that is Keyed to USofA Un-Employment.
* Set a Floor of 4% Un-Employment with NO Tax.
* Have a Half Percent Tax for Every Full One Percent of
Un-Employment from Five Percent (5%) to Eight Percent (8%).
* Increase the Tax to One Percent Tax for Every Full One Percent of
Un-Employment Above Eight Percent (8%).
This is a Dedicated Tax - Which is used to Pay for Workers
Un-Employment Payments and Worker Retraining Costs.

THIRD: The USofA - Needs a Business Overseas Relocation and
Outsourcing Tax; that will have Businesses perform a Cost
Benefit Analysis of the Savings generated by Relocations and
Outsourcing. Then Require Businesses to Pay a Twenty Percent
(20%) Capital Savings Tax for Five Years to Pay for Worker
Retraining Costs.

FOURTH: The USofA - Needs to Require Business who 'import'
Foreign Workers to Hire them as Employees and Pay the Average
Prevailing Wage to Guest Workers and provide Full Benefits.
[ Give Individuals and Unions 'standing' in US Courts to
Challenge and Guest Worker Visa. ]

FIFTH: Couple the 'above' Taxes with a Uniform Flat Federal
Income-Interest-Divide-Capital-Gains Tax of Ten Percent (10%).
[ NO DEDUCTIONS AND NO CREDITS - A TRUE FLAT TAX FOR ALL ]

SIXTH: Remove the Wage Limit from the Social Security Tax
all Wage Earners should Pay an Equal Share of the Nations
Social Security Needs. High Wage Earns should NOT get a
Free Ride and Excape Paying their Fair Share of Social
Security Taxes.

SEVENTH: The USofA Corporate Wage and Benefits Responsibility.
The USofA - Needs to Require Business to Provide Wage and
Health Benefits with respect to their Number of Employes.
1. Benefits for all Employees working more than a 32 Hour Work Week.
2. Full Employment Factor - Eight-Five Percent (85%) of ALL
Employees MUst Work a Forty (40) Hour Work Week.

BIG - Larger Size Business with 1000 or more Employees.
* Twenty-Five Percent (25%) above the Minimum Wage
* Full Federal Mandated Health Benefits and Insurance with
80% of the Expences Paid by the Employer.

MEDIUM - Size Business with 100 or more Employees.
* Twelve-and-a-Half Percent (12.5%) above the Minimum Wage
* Eighty Percent (80%) of the Federal Mandated Health Benefits
and Insurance with 65% of the Expences Paid by the Employer.

SMALL - Size Business with fewer than 100 Employees.
* At Least Twelve-and-a-Half Percent (12.5%) above the Minimum Wage.
* Sixty Percent (60%) of the Federal Mandated Health Benefits
and Insurance with 50% of the Expences Paid by the Employer.

NOTE: The very Health Benefits and Insurance that the US Government
provides for it's own Employees and the Members of Congress will be
the STANDARD for Federal Mandated Health and Insurance Benefits.

yes - i know not very good 'republican' ideas
.. . . but I Am An American First [.]
