second hand.

Not normal, though it should have enough 'friction' to keep it at any
direction you set the noise is not normal. You may wish to open the
case and look for anything that is interfering - it may be a simple
repair.

Thought og that too, but hoped to get some pointers here before that.
I have the service manual, so opening is no problem. =8-)
