The green onion story is the "official" line put out for the public. It is total nonsense. The source was, as in nearly all cases, dirty employees who haven't mastered the art of washing their hands after going to the toilet. Specifically, residue of poop is left on the hands of ones who are handling your food. The problem has become so widespread that often times it isn't reported nationally (for our "own good" don't cha know). They put out the same spin last year in another hepatitus outbreak but they used Mexican strawberries as the culprit. Guess it's easier (not to mention more politically correct) to blame fruits and vegatables than the real source i.e. cheap labor imported from the turd world. Pun intended. Melvin |

Funny thing is you couldn't get one of the lazy assholes to leave farming if you guaranteed them another line of work. And why are they all fat asses if they are such hard workers? The local hamfest looked like a beauty pageant by comparison. You haven't lived until you've seen the plow boys strutting about in their new bib overalls, gut hanging down to their knees with an ass two ax handles wide. Makes one proud to be an American! Melvin So you only eat vegatables and fruits that you grow and you can grow any vegetable or fruit they have at the store I guess, and I suppose you can grow vegatables and fruits all year long. I guess you never go to the grocery store. I suppose you never eat any kind of bread, as flour required in the baking of bread is made from wheat which is grown by farmers, so do you raise your own wheat and grind your own flour? I was at a Pizza Hut maybe a little over a year ago (guesstimating here.) It had been the first time I had been in a Pizza Hut in forever, I can't even remember the last time before this. But I walked in and the 'employees' that were making the pizza were incredible. One guy literally had a mohawk and was covered with tatoos, which I suppose is his preference. But he, along with the other two or three (I saw) that were hovering over the pizza (making them) were ie;one was picking his nose / the other was scratching his back/ and the *girl* kept coughing over the pizzas....lol. They truly looked like the Motley Crue. I decided to forget the pizza and when I got home I called and asked for the manager. Who knows, it might not have even been the manager for all I know. But I told him whi I was and described myself. He remembered me and I told him what I saw and asked him about their procedures and why they don't even where those thin see-thru plastic gloves when making pizzas. He simply said "we don't have to use those." So they are throwing on meat/cheese/whatever with their *bare hands*. Scratches cuts, going to their faces with their hands-then touching 'your' pizza. I couldn't believe the girl OPENLY hacking on the pizza. Unbelievable. I called back the next day to talk to the *Main Manager* and he said "we'd look into it".......and offered me two free large pizzas. I said "you gotta be kidding me, no thank you." Needless to say, I don't do Pizza Huts. At least in the Cinti. area the ones behind the counter look and dress like there is no codes or anything, I wouldn't want to put into my mouth what they just threw on it. *Off My Soapbox* Sorry bout' the O.T.
