MEMO: Length of Postings

As official spokesman for the shortwave newsgroup I hereby prohibit
postings exceeding 378 words. In my ongoing effort to improve the
efficiency of this newsgroup I decided that enacting a limit on the
number of words allowed per post is a step in the right direction.
