Default Radio Andina Hucanamambra

Heard a station while listening for European pirates on 6.536.. ID as
"Radio Andina Hucancamambra" with spanish music in the back. Not a bad
signal in my locale... apparently it is a low-powered peruvian.

Both Radio Diffusora La Poderosa and Radio San Miguel are listed on that
freq, and both listed as ex-Radio Diffusora Huancabamba. Perhaps another
name change?
