I thought about doing that but I'm not THAT greedy and I didn't want to
hassle with getting rid of them. Even at up to $100 a piece profit. I hoped
that someone new to the hobby might scoop one up. My "deal" was picking up
an ATS-909 from Outpost.com for $129.

Odds are someone came along and bought all 3.

It appears the seller is using ebay to close out merchandise that's not
selling well at a store. One of their other auctions is a dutch one for a
new in box GPS that appears to have been discontinued over year ago.

seems like $49 is awfully cheap, even for a closeout price on these.

If you want socialism go to Sweden. This is America. Capitalism at its
finest. What is wrong with this country is people who wont get off of the
couch long enough to make something happen! Find your own deals and make
yourself some money for your hobby. Thats how my station is financed. I cant
afford to go buy radios otherwise, so I hunt for deals I can make a profit
on. It involves lots of time and effort. You should try it sometime.
