price on the original page listed he

He routinely buys radios specifically for resale.

He's got another radio up that appears to be one he bought recently with
a low buy it now.

There is nothing wrong with selling things for a profit - but...

Someone who posts here once told me a story of a radio that was sold to
him with full disclosure of known problems, was resold by him within
days as "like new" to someone else, and when the buyer complained about
the problems, he claimed ignorance. This is hearsay, as I wasn't
involved in the transactions, but since then I've figured he's taken
Frank's place as the local Mr. Haney.
