Kudos to Caig Laboratories, Inc. manufacturers of a long line of effective
contact cleaners and lubricants for their great customer service!!!

My DeoxIT in the 25ml bottle with needle dispenser always seemed messy.
after every use I returned it to the package it came in but still. the
bottle always seemed wet.

Last week I put a drop on a dirty control when, with my OptiVISOR on, I saw
a drop of liquid form on the plastic nozzle then move along the needle
ending in a blob at it's tip.

Careful examination revealed a freak manufacturing defect associated with
the sprue hole, the point where the plastic was injected into the mold that
formed the nozzle, that had formed a miniscule crack to the inside of the
bottle.

I called Caig Laboratories Wednesday last week hoping to buy a replacement,
instead, they shipped me a new one at no charge---I received it this
afternoon.

They had asked my name to check my account and confirmed that I had bought
this item FOUR YEARS AGO!!!
