Default Radio Exterior de Espana being interfered with

Since Wednesday March 14 (World Time) Radio Exterior de Espana's 0000
English broadcast on 15385 khz has experienced severe interference at my
location in California. The French broadcast at 2300 is in the clear;
however, a station signs on at 2357 and practically obliterates REE's
signal. The IS music sounds Asian and the language is apparently Spanish
but I have been unable to determine who it is. Obviously, this isn't on
any list I know of; REE is supposed to be in the clear to NAm at this
time and freq. I will email REE and let them know; in the meantime, can
anybody confirm who the culprit is?

Both the VOA and a clandestine targeted at China use that frequency in
Mandarin at 0000.

It's likely the VOA-they must have shifted transmitter sites. I'll let
both stations know, and hope for the best.
