Is the battery life on the Grundig/Tecsun as good as the SR3?

My GE is still running on the same set of batteries I put in
before the Y2K scare, and I use it on an almost daily basis
as a "getting ready for work" radio in the mornings.

The better radio that is now available to up-grade and replace the
GE Superadio III is the Grundig S350 "Super Radio" Tecsun BCL-2000.

Somewhere at sometime GE claimed that the GE Superadio III would
get 400 Hours on a set of Batteries.

The Grundig S350 "Super Radio" Tecsun BCL-2000 has both Analog
and Digital Circuits which include a Clock and Alarm functions.
Considering this dual-circuit-design fact: Expect about 180 to
240 Hours on a set of batteries for the Grundig S350 Super Radio.
