in Paraguay is on 9736.85 or so at 2135.

They come in good here at my QTH in PR. They sometimes have live
broadcasts from their congress during sessions. When I was in Asuncion
a few years back, I visited them. Their antenna is pointed directly
due north hence the great reception we get from this land-lock
country.
