No, it's just as wet underwater in fair weather as opposed to being underwater
in rainy weather;
- But you can't see the water spouts go over your head when its perfectly
fair...
Has to be raining for that..
& if the boat you jumped off of is hit by a waterspout & sinks,
is it then a Wreck dive if you board it underwater..
