15305 @ 22:50 UTC. Sri Lanka, I think. Very weak signal and barely
audible, but at times it makes it above the noise. Sounds like Arabic talk.
Can only be heard using ecss in LSB right now and needs some noise reduction
and tinkering with the gain, but it is there. Super DX stuff for sure !!!
Can anyone else hear it ????

Hearing VOA in English here at 2306, and they were in English last hour per
sked.

and try to ID it.\
