Default 10.512 MHz USB

I heard the odd noises at 0330 UTC here in southeastern MN, on my KA1102
with the supplied antenna extension. Never heard anything quite like it
before!

Heard it here in Kentucky too @ 0115 UTC on my Grundig Satellit 800 and
I recorded it on my Sony MZ-R37 mini-disc recorder. It almost sounds
mechanically generated. I looked up previous loggings of this frequency
on www.wunclub.com and got nada, oh well.
