DX-399 Does not power up.

DX-399 Does not power up.

I have had the 399 for a long time, never gave me any trouble, but it just
quit. I tried both battery and AC power, and no luck. I have a lot of other
portables, but this has been one of my favorites. Any ideas on what to do
would be appreciated. Thanks.
