What seems to be news in Arabic with a very strong signal... Most likely Morrocco, RTV Marocaine. Indeed, the latest ILG shows RTVM as the only Arabic broadcaster on that frequency at any time of the day, and lists them as transmitting between 0000 to 0500 UTC in Arabic daily. Very good Mikey.
