Default DW 15205 and not 15410 @ 2100?
Deutsche Welle (english) 22May2004 15205 @ 2100 UTC sinpo=44444 news then
sports.

Monitoring Times says 15410 @ 2100 for DW. 15410 had "Jazz America" which
doesn't sound like Germany to me. Where's the 15205 signal intended for?
