Thanks for above link. I'm always looking for additions to my
collection of "Biased Websites Written by Those Who Have No Clue About
Their Topic."

It's amazing the number of people that have gotten through the
educational system in this country yet don't understand the Electoral
College or the fact that deadlines for counting votes are there for a
reason.

This is true, but since there's only one person that can give the order
(unless he is taken out, in which case it follows a line of procession layed
out in the Constitution), then the president does, at least figuratively,
have his finger on the button.
