I've been listening to Sudan Radio Service coming in very strong at my
Florida location for about 25 minutes starting at 3:15UCT. Is this pretty
common? I haven't heard it before.

It's a program that has started in the recent past. It is transmitted via
Germany.

I stand corrected! It is via Wooferton, in the UK.

Okay, thanks for the info. So it's not a great DX catch. Interesting
