whatsoever, just music.

Anyone have it on? Or can confirm what it is? It isn't DX, that's for sure, not
a flame thrower but I got it at about three quarter up on the bars.

Yes you are hearing "Radio Educacion" domestic service from Mexico city.

In 2004 Passport page 440 they are listed 5 or 10 Kw.

They are on all night. 00:00 to 12:00 UTC.

I have not heard it my self but you might try 8:30 to 9:00 UTC where
according to the schedule they broadcast in english.

No telling what they may be playing for music. Every time I tune in it's
something different.

At times they talk on this frequency about the music they are playing
and occasionally identify themselves. Keep listening.
