If you have filtered out posts with (OT) in the subject line, you will still
have to see 18-21% of the total posts that have nothing whatsoever to do
with radio. I did a rough count of three groups of 100 posts to determine
this.

The two largest groups of off-topic posts are political opinions and
insults/obscene. These are often combined.

So, please get it together people and post off topic posts with (OT) in the
subject line. I think it is quite likely that some people only read and
respond to (OT) posts and you'll be doing both groups a favor. (Maybe
there should be a second newsgroup called rec.radio.shortwave.off-topic.)
