Thanks for all your updates, we appreciate the information coming our
way. Here''s some news for you...

We have established a demonstration in Sydney of Main.net''s 10Mb/s PLC
(power line communications) system, and have an experienced Main.net
technician in the country to demonstrate it and talk to interested
parties about implementation and other technical aspects of it. He is
part of our group, and we have the ability to do pilot projects
and training locally as well as provide ongoing technical support.

Our demo is using wireless as the backhaul to connect to Main.net
equipment enabling a high rise building. The high rise model and the
corresponding model for residential street roll outs is very
attractive and promises low costs of implementation and running, a quick
ROI, and complete independence from the incumbent''s network. The
system is completely secure and transparent to the network, and is
capable of using any backhaul including fibre and DSL. It is also VoIP
capable.

Would you like to come and view the demonstration? At this stage, it
looks like the week of June 21 will be the week, and we''ll confirm this
in the next few days. Hope you can make it. Let me know either way.

If you would like to announce this to interested parties, we would be
happy for you to do so. Interested members of the telecommunications
industry are welcome to visit the demo, by prior arrangement with us.
