It's been said that in order to get elected to national office, you
have to be a major league crook, no matter which party.

So Ollie North lied - Clinton lied - let's not forget Newt "family
values" Gingrich - the list goes on.

Oh yes, Gore invented the internet and Bush thinks of Jesus Christ as
his hero. Right on, gentlemen - I believe you both - I promise.

Maybe it would be easier to name a major politician who is *not* a
crook or a liar.
