I'm glad they stopped the lunatic, but I have no love for Universal Radio.

They NEVER have anything in stock, and offer the WORST customer service.

Strange, my experiences have been uniformaly different.
They know everything...oh maybe no individual, but they always transfer me to
some who does know the answers.

As to stock, on several occasions they were out of something weird, but told me
when it woud be in stock again. It always arrived at my front door before then.

Both major suppliers (Grove is the other) bend over backwards...you get the
feeling they're hobbyists too. Neither is very tolerant of being "jerked
around", but they go overboard to help novices in the hobby. Universal has a
much larger stock (get their print catalog and see).
