Default Don't carry personal electronics to demos

If you are politically active and go to a lot of public demonstrations, don't
bring cellphones, videocams,
mp3 players, etc., as a new police crowd control devices shoots a plasma cloud
at the crowd to be subdued. It will probably "fry" them, but tube radios should
easily survive. It can even stop cars.

Gee I guess this means that tinfoil hats are finally obsolete.

(You can of course carry a spray bottle filled with salty
water which is both very conductive and ionic. Spray a mist
in front of you and the plasma cloud will take the path of
least resistance to ground, leaving you un-affected......)
