Default Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corp.?

On July 24 at 0235 UTC, I heard a station on 15745. Very weak, I could barely
make out a male voice in English, but Hindi-sounding accent. The format was
oldies pop mx, but all I could pick out was a couple of references to "National
Radio." Is anyone else hearing this well enough to confirm that it might be Sri
Lankan BC's English service?
