Gee, it must be the fact that the DSP is -installed- or that it has
the synch mod!

Seriously, how can somebody know enough to bid on this and -not- know
enough to know what the same radio can be had for new? Looks like the
winner wanted it bad enough to "snipe" a little on the bid too.
