United Nations Radio heard in English at 1730 on 15495 and 17810, with
15495 being the better frequency here.

Wow - thought you were in a good mood today DX. Sorry things are not
working out for you. Glad you picked up on the fact that I fell off
the wagon and not you. That was pretty slick. Would you really like
to see me killed? Run over? Would you kill me? Just curious. You
know I'm not ready to go anywhere. I wish you'd help me pull in some
of these signals you're talking about. Maybe I need a better antenna.

Nope, don't want to kill you. But I have no idea whether you are ready to go
