Around 4:30 UTC, I could (faintly) hear what sounded like a time signal,
with double beeps for about 45 seconds, then single beeps for 15 seconds, then repeating. It seemed like the pulses were spaced a little closer than one second, though. Anyone know if this would be the "time signal" Russian station that some people think is related to some russian military system? I used to be able to find samples and descriptions of these kind of things he (http://dspace.dial.pipex.com/brogers/page6.html) but the website is now gone. |
