CUMULUS POSTS STRONG Q2 PERFORMANCE
Cumulus Media Inc. second quarter net revenues increased $11.8
million to $86.3 million, a 15.8% increase from the second quarter of
2003, primarily as a result of revenues associated with station

PSN FINED $20,000 IN PROGRAMMING CASE INVOLVING INTERFERING MEXICAN
STATIONS
The FCC found Pacific Spanish Network, Inc. that the Chula Vista,
Calif. broadcaster is apparently liable for a $20,000 fine for
providing program material via the Internet to a Mexican AM station
in violation of its authorization.

XM, STARBUCKS FORM ALLIANCE
XM Satellite Radio, Inc. and the Starbucks Coffee Company have begun
what they describe as "an exclusive, multi-year strategic marketing
alliance." As part of the agreement, the "Starbucks Hear Music"
