You forgot Old People. And Canadians. Old Canadians. The only damn thing
they contribute to is the economy. They're harder to rescue too, 'cause
they're so damn frail. There should be a surcharge on their property
taxes. That would encourage them to move to Victoria, British Columbia
along with the rest of their kind.
