I'm certain some lucky collector will snap that one up.

I remember a very unique receiver some years back. It had individual
knobs for each of the display digits. Six or seven wheels(?) all lined
up with their respective numbers.

Seems to me that would be very scarce today too. The name escapes me.

I had a couple of those R530s over the years. It wasn't a bad receiver,
but MW performance was terrible. I had to rework the input circuit on
the lowest range to get reasonable sensitivity on the lowest preselector
range, but the SW ranges were ok. What would really be cool would be the
later version of that receiver, the R1530. That model used hot carrier
diodes in the 1st mixer. Now, if the 530 had its mixer changed to a more
modern Mini-Circuits or WJ mixer.................that could be a
different story.
I've repaired a few of those receivers over the years. The owner's
manual covered all of the alignment points except the PLL section.
